- Return Policy Window is 30 days from order shipment date.

- Any defect issues, not as described issues, or fulfillment errors must be reported within 14 days of order shipment date.

- Returns are subject to inspection / testing and refunds are subject to deductions of shipping costs, restock fees, usage fees, etc - see below for detail.

- If there are any defect or usage issues / questions, please Contact Us direct or the manufacturer direct for prompt solution options, as we are very knowledgeable of all the items we sell and happy to help with any questions or problems.. plus most items come with full warranty support from the mfg (if applicable) as we are an authorized dealer for the items we sell.



Return Policy Detail:
 
Returns may be subject to deductions of original ship costs, any return ship costs, plus potential additional restock & usage fees - additional charges apply for used or opened/unpacked non-defective items as these items can no longer be sold as new - with opened items being subject to testing for use / damage (see below).

**individual non-defective items must be unopened/unused with all original packaging/wraps/tags/labels attached and intact to receive full item value less original ship cost, less any return ship costs, and less and payment processing fees.

**any defective item claims or not as described claims must be submitted to us within 14days of shipment of item. Defective item claims must be evaluated for manufacture defects and not have any signs of impact / crash damage and/or wear / use / abuse.. opened items / kites are subject to use / flight testing. (deductions applicable).

**Shipping costs and payment processing fees are not refundable for non-defective item returns (original shipping cost + any return ship costs and payment processing fees will be deducted from refundable purchase price).

**If non-defective items are received in altered condition, opened, unpacked, unwrapped, labels/tags removed, dirty, damaged, missing parts/accessories, poorly packed resulting in ship damage / wear, and/or item used a % will be deducted based on condition, use, and/or manufactures packing alteration and/or missing items (minimum additional 20% Fee for opened items and/or 25%-100%* for removed tags, removed/missing factory packaging, opened/unwrapped items/kites, missing parts, altered condition, damaged, and/or used non defective item returns)  *(up to $0 refund for heavily used, altered, missing, different, or damaged items).

**Buyer is responsible for any ship damage or wear due to poor / improper packaging.. any ship damage / wear will be deducted from refundable amount accordingly.



Return Ship Instructions:

*** Returns Must be approved with RMA# assigned by us prior to being sent. Any returns sent without prior approval or RMA# will not be processed.

*** Contact Us for return approval and instructions.

*** Items must be shipped back to us in original packaging material or similar to protect goods.

*** Returns must have prior approval and include assigned RMA# for processing.



Manufacturer's Warranty:

- Most items we sell come with full manufacturer's warranty support where applicable (subject to restrictions / limitations), as we are an authorized dealer for the items we sell. Can contact manufacturer direct for warranty support, or Contact Us for mfg warranty options and/or contact detail.

RedCat Racing Items - Warranty Instructions:

For RedCat Racing RC Vehicles / Items please follow link below to submit a warranty claim ticket direct with RedCat Racing – as they have a dedicated team to help quickly resolve operation, replacement part, and warranty issues. (Nitro Fuel and LiPo Vehicles can not be shipped due to potential Hazardous Trans Regs -i.e once fuel is added or pkg contains charged LiPo Batteries a potential flammable hazard exists, and respective items can not be shipped - on these vehicles the mfg warranty link below must be used to resolve any warranty issues)
