Signature Confirmation:

*High value items or orders will ship with signature confirmation - requiring someone to be present at time of delivery to sign for package, or possible local pick-up options depending on service or location.

*Signature Confirmation is implemented to protect both the buyer and seller from any potential loss or theft of goods from leaving valuable packages unattended, and is also required per std payment risk liabilities.

In Stock Item Status:
*Some Items may be temporarily Out of Stock even if listing page shows in stock. Respective ship delays may be applicable if items are out of stock - we sell on multiple sales channels and sometimes stock quantities may be off if cross sales occur when multiple items are purchased across different sales platforms in a given day - prompt contact will be made if any items are out of stock, and options / lead-times provided.

*Contact Us to verify item stock status if have any urgent ship time requirements.

Order Ship From Origin:

Majority of items ship from our NJ location, but other warehouse locations outside of NJ are available for certain brands / items - Items may ship from NJ or other warehouse locations depending on item stock availability and ship to location.

Standard Shipping:

*All In Stock Orders purchased with Standard Shipping will ship within 1-3 business days from receiving cleared payment* (see note below on payment clearance process/delays).

*Some Items may be temporarily Out of Stock even if listing page shows in stock. *Business Day cut off time is 1:00PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Expedited / Express Shipping:

*All In Stock Orders purchased with Expedited or Express Shipping (Overnight, Second Day, 3-Day, etc.) will ship within 1 business day from receiving cleared payment* (see note below on payment clearance/delays).

*Business Day / Ship cut off time is 1:00PM EST on Cleared Payments, Monday through Friday. (see note below on payment clearance/delays)

*For same day ship requirements please Contact Us to inquire on available options. During peak season (May-September) same day ship options may not be available, but top priority will be given to in stock expedited orders to ship ASAP within one business day of receiving cleared payment.

*note: to avoid payment clearance delays, order cancellations, and/or respective ship delays, be sure payment billing and ship addresses match, contact phone number provided matches phone number supplied to payment account, and ship address is not a PO Box or Military address. If need to use an alternate billing / ship address can use a confirmed ship address via PayPal or Amazon payment options.

*Using an Alternate Ship Address other than Billing Address or PO Box or Military Mail Address may subject order to additional verification steps, order delays or cancellation.

*To Avoid Ship Delays or Order Cancellation with address types noted above, Use Amazon or PayPal Payment Method with matching confirmed ship to address in PayPal or Amazon Account. (add alt or new ship to address into PayPal / Amazon Account prior to completing payment - PayPal / Amazon Address must match Ship To Address).

*Certain types of Credit Card Payments, Amazon, or PayPal Payments may be held / delayed for authorization by payment processor, and we are unable to ship until payment clears through processor's system - ship policy daily business day cut-off times apply to time payment/order clears through the amazon system, not when order is placed. Contact Us for and payment isues / questions, or for urgent expedited ship needs.

*Check / Money Order Payments subject to a 1-2week clearance delay.

*Orders can not be shipped until above clearance delay notes are met or avoided.

International Buyers – Please Note:
*Import duties, taxes, and/or charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are separate and are the buyer's responsibility.

*Customs / Import fees or taxes can vary greatly and are normally implemented / charged at port of entry by customs, destination country, or the shipping company and/or collected at delivery or when item is picked up.
- These fees are not additional shipping charges, they are import taxes/duties/VAT/fees imposed by destination country.

*Please check with your country's customs / import office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

*We can not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts", US & International government regulations prohibit alteration of shipment values.
